Soul Kitchen won the “Hoscar” award of the Hostelworld housing booking portal. The awards to the accommodation facility were given in several categories. In particular, it was marked as the best small hostel in the world, the best hostel in Europe, as well as in Russia. "Trans-Onego Kite Enduro" (TOKE) – since 2012 is annual international ski-kite enduro on the frozen Lake Onego in the North-West Russia.

Competitions are held in the format of a three-day race for teams of two kiters self-sufficient for two overnight stays in field conditions on the ice of Lake Onego.

Hermitage Day is today - 07 of December

The Hermitage Museum will celebrate its Day on December 7. On this occasion, 3D-mapping show Mystery of Light will run in the Palace Square from 6 to 10 pm. All comers will see a 7-minute video performance demonstrating the interior design and exhibits of one of the most beautiful palaces. The session will be repeated every 10 minutes. Admission is free. The Mistery of Light will be accompanied with music by Sergei Prokofiev, Maurice Ravel, Alfred Schnittke, Dmitry Shostakovich and Aram Khachaturian.  The 3D mapping show has been designed by the team of the DANCE OPEN Festival in collaboration with the French art bureau Cosmo AV. for more info, pls contact ITG Services.
